About Justine

I am a family therapist who works with parents and families in neurodivergent households who want everyday life to feel calmer, more organised, and easier to live in.

My approach is grounded in family systems therapy and a neurodivergent lens that treats difference in thinking, sensing, processing, and relating as central to family life, not something to be corrected.

My professional background spans family therapy, social work, and education, with more than 25 years’ experience working with families in Australia and internationally. This breadth of experience informs a practice that is thoughtful, contained, and deeply respectful of complexity.

This work is not about quick fixes. It is about helping families reorganise everyday life in ways that fit their neurodivergent realities, reduce ongoing pressure, and support change that lasts beyond a single programme.

If you are looking for a relational, non-blaming approach that respects neurodivergent ways of being and offers clear, practical structure, you are warmly invited to work with me.

My professional experience spans Australia and internationally, including work in Bangladesh, Vietnam, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
