NDIS PRICE

For NDIS clients, Justine provides therapeutic supports and is able to charge for the following support items under Improved Relationships. Due to the style in which we work, we suggest prospective clients have approximately $3,500 p.a allocated under Improved Relationships in their plans to maximise results.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Failure to provide reasonable notice for cancellation will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled price.

What is reasonable notice?

Reasonable notice is defined as one (1) business day or 24 hours.

Is my information kept private?

The Quirky Therapist collects and uses personal information, including sensitive information, for the purpose of providing services to you. The Quirky Therapist is committed to the proper handling of
personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy  Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

How do I make a complaint?

We encourage participants and/or their representatives to provide any feedback, raise concerns or make a formal complaint.

To provide feedback or to make a complaint:

• Talk to us, either in person or give us a call

• Write to us, either via email or regular post

• Alternatively, you can use the feedback from on the website 

If you are not happy with the outcome of a complaint, you can contact the NDIS Commission.
